My daughter in law,  Storm Holmes, lost her battle to brain cancer in January. She fought with dignity and grace. She was Storm strong.  To honor Storm I am participating in the Head for a Cure run/walk on August 30. This year's fundraiser is a "virtual walk". Out team Storm Strong has chosen to walk at Macken Park in North Kansas City, ending at Storm's memorial bench. Our fundraising goal is $2,600, $100 for each year of Storm's life.
